About the speakers:
Puan Marissa Bagshaw, a mother of two children. She was previously an Account Manager with several international IT companies. Her eldest daughter was diagnosed with Autism in 2008. Since then, she has dedicated her time and energy in recovering her daughter. She is also the founder of KL Biomed http://www.klbiomed .com/ a support network for parents doing Biomedical Intervention in Malaysia .
Puan Rafidah Ramly , a mother of three children. She was formerly the senior legal advisor in various financial institutions. She gave up her legal career when her 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with severe Autism. She has 4 years hands-on experience with various therapies and treatments for Autism. Her daughter is now 7 years old. In 2009, she co-founded KL Biomed Support Group with Marissa.
